You buy credits in US dollars (1 credit = US$ 1) and each billed call deducts the service price, e.g. $0.005 per lookup.
So you have full control over each API's budget. You recharge the service you'll use directly.
Only when the call succeeds. Invalid code, product not found, authentication error, rate limit or failures on our side are never billed.
