Do you keep what I access?+
No. We don't store your IP, connection times, sites visited or DNS queries. The only number we count is traffic volume, to enforce your plan's quota.
What happens if the connection drops?+
The kill switch runs on the server: if the exit tunnel drops, your traffic is blocked instead of leaving through another path. As soon as the tunnel is back, browsing resumes.
Why is the key generated in the browser?+
So the private key never passes through our servers. It is created in your browser, goes into the configuration file and stays only on your device. If you lose it, just remove the device and create it again.
Which devices does it work on?+
On any system with the WireGuard app: iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux.
How many devices can I use?+
It depends on the plan — the limit is written on each price card. You can remove a device and add another whenever you want.
Is there a speed or data limit?+
Each plan shows its maximum speed and monthly data allowance. So everyone on the same server browses well, speed may adjust during very heavy use.
Can I change the exit country?+
Yes. In the dashboard you choose among the available locations. If the new location is on another server, just add your device again.
Is there a free trial?+
When a plan offers a free trial, the button shows on the plan's card. The trial is available once per account.
